TASTING NOTES
White-gold in colour with fine effervescence. Aromas open with Williams pear and citrus, developing into hawthorn, fresh hazelnut and sweet spice. The palate shows lemon, summer fruits, vineyard peach and roasted hazelnut, with a smooth texture and very long finish.

Chardonnay sourced from six Côte des Blancs villages: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Oger, Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry. Aged for more than four years. The 2018 vintage had potential alcohol above 10% with low-to-medium acidity. Best served at approximately 8°C in a tulip-shaped glass.
